  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed on the same day whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days after dispatch
    Note: Delivery time may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Rates & Promotions

  • Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
